Return Policy
We offer Easy Returns and Exchanges within 60 days of purchase for most products. Exceptions apply. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.
You do not need a return authorization. Please send the return with your order # on a note or a copy of the packing slip provided with your purchase.

CONDITION: Please DO NOT remove tags until you are satisfied, as original tags must be in place for us to accept returns unless otherwise approved by us.
We do not accept items that are worn or used. You may of course try on apparel or items for purpose of sizing. No refund will be given for items that show wear.
COVID-19: If you or anyone in your household is sick, please do not send us a return due to hygiene and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. Absolutely no returns on PPE, Face Masks, Face Shields, Hand Sanitizers, Gloves, and some other apparel products. There will be no exceptions.
EXCHANGES: For exchanges, please write a note with the order # or include a copy of the packing slip and let us know what size or color you would like instead. If it is available, we will send it, or we will issue a refund if the exchange is unavailable.
RETURNS SHIPPING: We do not pay for postage of returns or exchanges unless there is a verifiable item defect. Many products we sell come with manufacturer's warranty.
RETURNS PROCESSING DELAY: Due to late delivery by carriers, lost in transit packages, return-to-sender packages, seasonal short-staffing, Covid precautions and other business reasons, delays in processing of returns may occur. Please reach out to us if you have sent a return and have not received a refund or exchange.
